本声明说明珩AI（以下简称「本服务」）对通过 Google API 获取的用户数据的使用方式与限制。本服务对从 Google API 接收到的信息的使用与向其他应用的传输，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求。This disclosure explains how Heng AI (the "Service") uses the user data it receives through Google APIs and the limitations that apply. The Service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

一、我们向 Google 申请的权限1. Google Permissions We Request

本服务仅使用 Google 账号登录，只申请以下三个基础作用域（scope）：The Service uses Google only for signing in, and requests just these three basic scopes:

• openid — 获取你的用户唯一标识（sub），用于创建与识别账号Your unique user identifier (sub), used to create and identify your account
• email — 获取邮箱地址，用于账号识别Your email address, used to identify your account
• profile — 获取昵称与头像，用于在界面中展示Your name and avatar, used to display them in the interface

我们不申请任何受限（restricted）或敏感（sensitive）作用域。因此本服务不涉及受限作用域的有限使用（Limited Use）评估范围；下方仍按政策要求作出相应承诺。We request no restricted or sensitive scopes. Accordingly the Service does not fall within the scope of a restricted-scope Limited Use assessment; the commitments below are nevertheless made in line with the Policy.

二、我们不访问的 Google 数据2. Google Data We Do Not Access

本服务不申请、不读取、不存储下列任何用户数据：The Service does not request, read or store any of the following user data:

• Gmail —— 邮件正文、主题、附件、标签；Gmail — message bodies, subjects, attachments, labels;
• Google Drive —— 文件与文件元数据；Google Drive — files and file metadata;
• Google Docs / Sheets / Slides —— 文档、表格、演示文稿；Google Docs / Sheets / Slides — documents, spreadsheets, presentations;
• Google Calendar —— 日历与日程；Google Calendar — calendars and events;
• Google Tasks —— 待办事项；Google Tasks — tasks;
• Google Contacts —— 联系人。Google Contacts — contacts.

三、数据的使用方式3. How We Use the Data

我们通过 Google API 获得的，仅为登录所必需的账号基础信息（用户唯一标识、邮箱、昵称、头像），且仅用于创建与登录你的账号、在界面中显示昵称与头像。The only information we receive from Google APIs is the basic account information needed to sign you in (unique identifier, email, name, avatar), used solely to create and sign you into your account and to display your nickname and avatar in the interface.

四、禁止的用途4. Prohibited Uses

• 不将 Google 用户数据用于投放广告或出售数据；We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it;
• 不构建广告画像或进行跨应用追踪；We do not build advertising profiles or perform cross-app tracking;
• 不将 Google 用户数据用于与面向你的功能无关的其他目的，包括训练与相关功能无关的 AI 模型。We do not use Google user data for any purpose unrelated to the user-facing features, including training AI models unrelated to those features.

不用于 AI NCII：不使用 Google API 生成、编辑或传播 AI NCII（未经同意的 AI 生成亲密影像）。No AI NCII: we do not use Google APIs to generate, edit, or distribute AI NCII (AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery).

四之一、保留与删除4a. Retention and Deletion

Google 账号基础信息仅在账号存续期间保留；账号删除后，主存储立即删除，备份副本不超过 30 天，访问日志不超过 90 天。Basic Google account information is retained only while your account exists. After account deletion, the primary storage is deleted immediately, backups are retained for no more than 30 days, and access logs for no more than 90 days.

五、受限的传输5. Limited Transfer

我们不会将从 Google API 获取的信息传输给第三方，除非为提供上述登录功能所必需（例如运行本服务所依赖的云基础设施），或为遵守法律所要求。We do not transfer information received from Google APIs to third parties, except as necessary to provide the sign-in features described above (for example, the cloud infrastructure the Service runs on) or as required by law.

六、如何撤销授权6. How to Revoke Access

你可以随时在 Google 账号的「安全性 → 第三方应用与权限」中移除本服务的访问权限，之后将无法再用该 Google 账号登录（可改用游客登录）。你也可以在 App 内退出登录并删除账号。You can remove the Service's access at any time under your Google Account's "Security → Third-party apps & services"; after that you can no longer sign in with that Google account (guest sign-in remains available). You may also sign out and delete your account in the app.

七、AI 处理说明7. AI Processing

为响应用户指令，本服务调用以下第三方 AI 模型：文本模型 DeepSeek（deepseek-v4-flash）、视觉与向量模型阿里云通义千问（qwen3-vl-plus / text-embedding-v4）。推理仅用于当次请求、处理用户主动选定的内容，不持久化用于训练，也不用于训练或改进任何模型。上述处理不涉及任何 Google 用户数据。To respond to user requests, the Service calls the following third-party AI models: the text model DeepSeek (deepseek-v4-flash) and the vision/embedding models Alibaba Qwen (qwen3-vl-plus / text-embedding-v4). Inference is used only for the current request, processing content the user explicitly selects; it is not persisted for training and is never used to train or improve any model. None of this processing involves Google user data.
